Conduct, Supervision and Admission
We are a family entertainment venue and expect all customers to behave safely, appropriately and considerately at all times.Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children in their care are properly supervised at all times to avoid the risk of accident or injury. The Company accepts no responsibility for incidents arising from a failure to supervise.
Any person behaving in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, intimidating, abusive or otherwise inappropriate towards customers or team members may be required to leave the premises immediately and may be refused future admission.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises at its absolute discretion. Management also reserves the right to conduct searches of customers where reasonably necessary for safety and security.
For security and safety reasons, customers may be asked to remove hoods or caps upon entry. Protective face coverings are permitted where appropriate.
Under 18s are permitted on the premises after 8pm only when accompanied by a responsible adult, parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Under 18s are not permitted in the bar area after 9pm. We reserve the right to request valid physical proof of age, such as a passport, driving licence or PASS card.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises without refund.

Pricing definitions

Standard peak
• Available Friday to Sunday and Bank Holidays, subject to availability.
• Applies to full rate games only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Local restrictions may apply.

Standard off peak
• Available Monday to Thursday excluding Bank Holidays, subject to availability.
• Applies to full rate games only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Local restrictions may apply.

Concession rates
• Reduced rate tickets may be available for guests with disabilities.
• One carer may also qualify for the concession rate when supporting a concession guest.
• Concession availability is at the discretion of the centre.

Disco bowling and lighting
• Some sessions include disco lighting, strobe effects, and louder music.
• Customers should check when booking whether disco bowling is scheduled.
• Customers with sensitivities to lighting or sound should consider whether participation is suitable.

Birthday party bookings
• Party bookings must be pre booked and are subject to lane availability.
• Online bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
• In centre bookings require full payment to secure the booking.
• Party duration is approximately ninety minutes – two hours.
• Party minimum and maximum guest numbers vary by centre.
• Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children during the visit.
• At least one supervising adult per lane is required.
• Guests may bring a birthday cake. Staff can assist with cutting if required.

Party safety
• Birthday candles must only be lit with staff knowledge and supervision.
• Matches, lighters, or open flames must not be used without informing a member of staff.
• Staff may relocate cakes or candles to a safer area if required.
• The company reserves the right to refuse the use of candles where this presents a safety risk.
• Party decorations must not be fixed to walls, ceilings, lighting, fire equipment, or safety signage.
• Decorations must not obstruct walkways, exits, or fire escape routes.

Group bookings
• Group bookings require a minimum of six participants.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are non refundable.
• With more than seven days’ notice, centre management may allow transfer to a future booking of equal value within 28 days.
• Cancellation within seven days results in forfeiture of payment.

School and youth group bookings
• Available for groups of eight or more participants under 16 years of age.
• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• A minimum supervision ratio of one adult per ten children is required.
• The group organiser is responsible for behaviour and supervision.

Online bookings
• Online bookings should normally be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Bookings are not secured until payment confirmation is received.
• Prices shown during the booking process include VAT.
• Customers must check booking details carefully before confirming.
• If the company cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, a refund will be issued.

Third party promotions
• Promotional vouchers are subject to availability.
• Only one promotional voucher may be used per lane.
• Promotional bookings may be restricted at peak times or during school holidays.
• Promotional bookings may be limited to two consecutive lanes.
• Centre managers may apply local restrictions.

Accessibility commitment
• The company aims to make reasonable adjustments to support customers with disabilities.
• Staff will provide assistance and guidance where required.

Property and liability
• The company accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Customers must follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.

Monitoring and payment verification
• CCTV operates throughout the venue for the safety and security of customers, staff, and property.
• Telephone calls to the venue may be recorded for training, quality, and monitoring purposes.
• For some bookings, the cardholder may be required to be present at the venue and provide the payment card used to make the booking for verification purposes.

Operational rights
• Prices, offers, opening times, and attractions may change without notice.
• The company reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any time.
