Do I have to wear bowling shoes?

Bowling shoes are available at some of our venues, but you don’t have to wear them as long as your own footwear is sensible and safe for the lanes. If you’d like to complete the full bowling experience, just ask our team at reception and they’ll be happy to provide you with a pair!

I booked for 6 people but now i only have 4 coming now. Can I get a refund?

In line with other similar venues, we don’t offer refunds, but if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we’ll always do our best to reallocate your booking. Just drop us an email or give us a call, and our friendly team will be happy to assist.

What do you class as a Junior?

A junior bowler is anyone aged 15 or under.

Can I bring my own food and drink in?

We don’t allow outside food or drinks, as we have a great selection available to purchase on-site. Our team will be happy to recommend something from the menu when you arrive!

How can I make a complaint?
